In this role, he managed annual growth plans and strategies for a $900 million business unit. During this period, Mark was successful in capturing multiple federal contracts, and was formally recognized for his direct contributions to significant $100+ million capture efforts.
Mark has been a featured speaker with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), Washington Executive, and the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers. He also served in leadership roles with the American Council for Technology and the Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) including as Industry Chair for a major government/industry technology conference.
